It's my birthday this week and so to spoil me rotten my parents got me an awesome beer bar from crate and barrel for my birthday. Crate and barrel just happens to call it a wine bar. The first victory was being home for the UPS guy on a Monday. The second victory was getting the UPS guy to carry the 75lb box up three flights of stairs as he informed me it was only his job to get it in the building. Shout out to nice UPS delivery men!
And the 5 year old in me immediately had to open the large box and start building. Even though parts of the instructions said to have two adults.
I set it down on the floor and got to using my phillips screwdriver and allen wrench. It was pretty easy assembly since the whole bottom part was put together in a very non ikea way that I love!
Put together and empty, I'm already in love.
Ta da! Beer books on the shelf. Chalices hanging. Growlers and Cantillon in the holders. It looks perfect in the apartment! Thank you mom and dad for the awesome birthday gift. And apparently while I was building this I was becoming an Aunt. A shout out to my adorable niece Paige Stradford.
